Job Title: Head of L&D – Learning & Development

Location: Central London (4 days in office, Wednesdays WFH) Salary: Up to £70,000 (strong profiles above considered) Industry: Recruitment (Perm & Contract) Overview: An established and growing recruitment firm is looking for a commercially driven Sales Trainer to join their L&D function full-time. With new leadership in place and exciting change underway, this role will play a key part in shaping performance across both permanent and contract desks. You'll work closely with a newly appointed Director to re-energize the sales culture, upskill teams, and drive performance through impactful training and coaching. This is a hands-on role — embedded on the sales floor, delivering sessions, and making an immediate difference.
