What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating the KS4 curriculum, raising achievement
  • Strategising interventions, enrichment, and attainment for KS4 cohorts
  • Mentoring subject leads and tutors across Year 10 and Year 11
  • Analysing, reporting, and actioning student data to ensure targeted excellence
  • Partnering with parents, governors, and external agencies for holistic support
