Your Role

• Lead concept-to-completion interior design for luxury hospitality and commercial projects

• Manage and mentor a team of 5+ designers

• Build client relationships and drive new business

• Oversee FF&E, technical delivery, and budgets

• Collaborate across disciplines, including product design and branding

✅ What You’ll Need

• 8+ years' experience in interior design (luxury hospitality/commercial/large scale)

• Strong creative vision and technical know-how

• Proven BD and client management track record

• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD & Adobe Suite (beneficial)

• Bonus: Experience in product/furniture design, Revit, 3DS Max, or C4D
