A mission-led consultancy working at the intersection of sustainability and real estate is looking for a Head of HR to join their growing team. With teams across the UK and mainland Europe, they’re helping major real estate players lead the way on ESG — and now they’re investing in the people and systems to support their next stage of scale.

You’ll report directly to the COO and take charge of embedding HR processes and systems that are already designed but need rolling out and refining. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll handle everything from contracts and compliance to performance frameworks and cultural initiatives, with the opportunity to shape the future of the People function from the ground up.

The business currently uses a homegrown HR system, so this role is perfect for someone who can work pragmatically with what's already in place and improve it over time.
