What you’ll do

Lead the entire HSE strategy, shaping the future of health, safety, and environmental performance during a once-in-a-generation transformation.

Partner with the exec team to design and deliver cultural change that makes safety personal, not procedural.

Drive innovative, practical systems that simplify compliance and help people do the right thing because they want to, not because they have to.

Challenge, influence, coach and inspire leaders and teams – from boardroom to shop floor.

Build a modern HSE function that’s data-driven, human-centred, and future-ready.

What you bring

Proven track record of leading HSE transformation in a large-scale, complex environment (heavy industry, manufacturing, oil & gas, nuclear, aerospace, or similar).

Deep expertise in safety leadership, behavioural safety, systems thinking, and regulatory compliance.

A genuine passion for culture change – not just managing risk but changing mindsets and behaviours.

Exceptional leadership skills with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the empathy to connect with people on the ground.

Resilience, creativity, and a sense of humour – because transformation is hard, but it can also be fun.
