define high-priority initiatives related to the Hotel Technical section.
Monitor the status of the ships through regular follow-up with Hotel Engineers and HVAC Supervisors.
Support the development and management of budgets, cost estimates, and operational risks.
Perform ship inspections to ensure vessels are maintained to high standards and comply with regulations and company standards.
Assist in organizing and managing dry-dock activities, supervise supplier selection, and coordinate with the shipyard.
Liaise with other departments (Hotel Operations, F&B, Products, etc.) for project and activity alignment.
At least 10 years of experience onboard cruise ships, including a minimum of 3 years as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer.
Good knowledge of INFOSHIP/Asset Management system.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
