We are looking for a Head of Health & Safety for one of our business units that covers Health, Aerospace, defence, Public and industrial ( HADPI ) so very interesting with lots of variety. You will provide strategic leadership and expert safety guidance across the Business Unit, ensuring GXO meets and exceeds all operational, legal, and regulatory obligations. The role drives a proactive safety culture aligned with Road to Zero , strengthening risk controls, elevating safety performance, and embedding consistent QHSSSE standards across all sites. This includes developing and mentoring QSHE professionals, integrating effective management systems, and partnering with senior leaders to identify, prioritise, and mitigate critical risks.
