Head of Growth Marketing

London (Hybrid)

Salary £90,000 plus 20% bonus paid and generous package.


The Opportunity

Fella & Jones are exclusively partnering with a high-growth premium FMCG brand with a well-known celebrity founder, recognised for its exceptional product quality and strong brand positioning.

The business is delivering double-digit growth year-on-year and is widely considered one of the fastest-growing brands in the UK. With established DTC, subscription, wholesale, and on-trade channels, the company is now entering a new phase of international expansion.They are seeking a senior growth leader to take full ownership of the customer growth engine and drive the next stage of scale.

The Role

The Head of Growth Marketing and CRM will build a scalable, commercially efficient growth engine across acquisition, CRM, retention, and advocacy.

Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, lifecycle, and community, this role connects all customer touchpoints into a single system, with clear ownership of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Commercial Ownership

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, CRM, retention, and advocacy
  • Drive performance against core metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER)
  • Build a scalable, repeatable growth engine aligned to business objectives

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and affiliate channels
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and optimisation with full ROI accountability

CRM, Lifecycle & Subscription

  • Own CRM across email, SMS, and owned channels
  • Develop segmentation and lifecycle programmes (onboarding to win-back)
  • Improve retention, subscription performance, and repeat purchase

B2B & Trade CRM

  • Develop partner engagement strategy across wholesale and on-trade
  • Build a connected B2C2B ecosystem linking consumer demand with in-trade activation

Integration, Loyalty & Community

  • Align acquisition and CRM into one system across targeting, messaging, and offers
  • Optimise loyalty, referrals, and community-led growth initiatives

Data & Leadership

  • Own attribution, reporting, and budget allocation
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth function, embedding a test-and-learn culture

Candidate Profile

  • Senior experience in growth, performance, or CRM within a consumer or e-commerce business
  • Strong paid acquisition expertise and deep understanding of lifecycle and retention
  • Commercial ownership of CAC, LTV, and marketing efficiency
  • Analytical, hands-on, ideally with experience using Meta Ads, Klayvio, Recharge and Sigma. and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and sales teams
