I’m working with a rapidly scaling global consumer brand that is expanding across DTC, retail and international markets. They are now looking for a Head of Logistics & Customer Service to lead and build a best-in-class fulfilment and customer experience function as the business continues to grow.


About the role

This role will own the end-to-end customer operations function, covering fulfilment, logistics and customer experience across international markets. You will lead relationships with global 3PL partners, oversee outbound logistics strategy, and drive improvements in delivery performance, service levels and customer experience.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the customer operations and customer service teams
  • Managing international 3PL partners and warehouse performance
  • Owning logistics strategy and carrier relationships
  • Improving fulfilment efficiency, delivery performance and service metrics
  • Driving improvements across the end-to-end customer journey


Your experience

✔ 6–10+ years experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or customer operations

✔ Experience managing international 3PL partners and warehouse networks

✔ Background in DTC and/or retail fulfilment environments

✔ Proven leadership experience building and developing teams

✔ Strong analytical and commercial mindset
