After being in the game for many years they have since expanded globally with over 50 offices, 20 countries and 3000+ staff across the board.We’re looking for a talented Head of Funds Finance, or a candidate with the drive to step up into this position to lead a department. It’s a great role with a huge scope for potential given the nature of the business. You’ll join a team mixed of both part qualified and qualified individuals, with your role to lead, guide and develop this team further upon arrival.Key responsibilities will include:Lead the fund accounting team, including training and development across all stagesSupport the professional growth of team members through coaching and continuous developmentContribute to the design and oversight of operational controls, procedures and compliance measures in line with local regulatory requirementsMaintain oversight of funds, ensuring accurate and timely executionMonitor team capacity, time management, and financial performance metrics to ensure efficient use of resourcingFostering strong relationships internally to enhance cross-functional collaborationSupport in the execution of multiple existing and new strategies in coordination with legal and governance teamsParticipate in market outreach and relationship-building efforts, identifying opportunitiesPromote the use of continuous improvement tools and lean principles to enhance operational effectiveness and embed a culture of sustainable improvementApplication requirements:Qualified accountant with 10-15 years of related or similar experienceStrong, proven team management experienceStrong fund accounting knowledge including fund structuringProven experience of Jersey FSC regulationsPackage and Benefits:Base salary of £120,000 - £150,000Hybrid working pattern – typically 2-3 days in office per weekDiscretionary bonusPension contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
