Were looking for a Head of Finance (Technical) for our public sector client based in Ipswich on a permanent basis paying £63,092 £67,853 per annum.

This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week onsite.
The successful Head of Finance (Technical) will possess proven skills working with the following
- Statutory accounting and financial reporting
- Treasury management and financial compliance
- Production and closure of annual accounts
- Liaison with external auditors
- Financial governance and risk management
- Leading technical finance teams
- Strategic financial planning and advice
- Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and standards
- Stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and committees
You will ideally hold a recognised finance qualification such as CIPFA, ACCA, or CIMA, with experience in a local government or public sector environment being highly desirable. xbpsjku
