A multi-faceted business services group based near Dartford in Kent is seeking an experienced Head of Finance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be joining the company at a time of growth, working closely with the M.D. as they expand the business in Europe. Key areas of responsibility include:- Overseeing the finance function and managing a team of three Payroll using Sage Line 50 Produce and monitor the annual budget Invoice factoring Detailed cash flow analysis Financial planning, analysing the business, pointing out areas to improve, tightening controls The ideal person will have proven experience in a similar role, be hands-on, and keen to improve processes and procedures.
