This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the UK & Ireland finance function, with additional dotted line oversight of EMEA finance teams. You will lead a talented finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, reporting, and operational excellence. The Role
Lead the UK & Ireland finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, management accounts, and cashflow Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple disciplines Provide guidance and oversight to EMEA finance teams, ensuring consistency and best practice Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and KPI reporting Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and support strategic decision-making Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Financial Controller / Head of Finance) Strong technical expertise across financial and management reporting Experience leading and developing finance teams Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within a multi‑entity or international environment is advantageous
