As Head of Finance, you will take ownership of financial leadership, governance, and commercial insight, partnering closely with founders and senior leaders to support decision-making and sustainable growth. The Role You will lead the finance function end to end, combining hands-on financial control with strategic input. The position offers high visibility across the business and genuine influence over operational and commercial outcomes. Key areas of focus include: Full ownership of month-end close, management reporting, and board-level insight
Oversight of balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial controls
Leadership of cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management across multiple currencies
Acting as the senior finance voice across sales, operations, and supply chain, providing robust analysis and challenge
