Lead the strategic development and maintenance of finance systems to meet the organisation's operational needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure finance systems align with organisational objectives. Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and integrations while minimising disruption to daily operations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through effective system controls. Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of finance systems to enhance efficiency. Analyse system performance and recommend improvements to optimise functionality. Work closely with IT and external vendors to address technical issues and implement solutions. Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
Profile A successful Head of Finance Systems should have:
Proven expertise in managing and optimising finance systems within a professional setting. MUST HAVE UNIT4 AGRESSO MUST have leadership experience Must have solid ERP exposure A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, particularly within the not-for-profit sector. Experience in leading system implementation and integration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions. Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
Job Offer
