Job Title: Interim Head of Finance (12 Month Maternity Cover)Location: London. Ideally starting early MayContract: Fixed-term 12 monthsOur client (a fast growth SaaS business which is doing very well) is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead their finance function during a maternity cover period. Reporting to the CEO and managing a small team, the successful candidate will oversee financial operations while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function, including financial accounting and FP&AManage and develop a small finance teamOwn budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningDeliver reporting and insights to the CEO, board, and investorsSupport commercial decision-making, pricing, and growth initiativesOversee finance operations, compliance, and audit processesManage cash flow, treasury, and working capitalAbout YouACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountantBackground in a top accounting firm (ideally)Experience in scaling businesses, ideally SaaS or techStrong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial driversCommercial mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leadershipHands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentOur client encourages candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
