To lead the Art, Design & Creative Technologies Faculty with creativity and ambition during the next phase of its development across Burlington House School's specialist SEND provision. This is a significant middle leadership role spanning our two sites in Fulham. The successful candidate will provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for:

Art from Ks2 to Ks5 3D Design from Ks2 to Ks4 Photography from Ks3 to Ks5 Oversight and line management support for the practical Home Cooking / Food course (Ks2-Ks4)

The role requires a leader who can combine high expectations, strong curriculum knowledge, and excellent organisation with a deep understanding of adaptive teaching in a specialist setting. The successful candidate will maintain the faculty's record of strong value‑added outcomes and ensure that creative subjects remain ambitious, inclusive, and engaging for pupils with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ASD and related learning profiles.
