We seek a Head of Estates to lead our Estates Department while working as part of the Domus Team to create a high-quality environment to study, socialise, live and work.

They will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the College’s built environment including major and minor capital works, regulatory compliance, and the College’s holistic approach to sustainability. The role will involve managing and coordinating a program of complex Capital Projects (new build, refurbishment and historic restoration and reuse) from inception to completion, considering and managing their impact on the College operation and their relationship with the ongoing maintenance. They will oversee the work of the Head of Facilities in the leadership of Minor Capital Works, Maintenance, Gardens, IT and Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will possess professional and regulatory qualifications appropriate to the skills required along with strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, advocacy and in-depth knowledge of, and interest in, leading through change.
