Responsibilities The Head of ESG will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Silverstone’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and industry best practices. This role will oversee the development and execution of ESG initiatives, including environmental impact, social engagement and governance compliance. Key responsibilities include building on the success of the ESG Strategy to develop and implement Silverstone’s ESG projects and programmes, leading sustainability partnerships, representing the business at external events and engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance and integrating ESG principles across all business activities. The Head of ESG will also drive key projects such as sustainable energy initiatives, green transport planning and community engagement programmes.
