Job Description
HEAD OF ERP DATA (MAT COVER)
LONDON/HYBRID
UP TO £90,000
This is a rare opportunity to lead a data function through a major transformation at a global consumer brand. You will play a critical role in stabilising, shaping, and optimising their product and supply chain data ecosystem as they implement a new ERP platform and enhance their BI and data environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Head of ERP Data will:
• Lead and develop a data team covering data engineering and master data.
• Oversee product data, stock data, and supply chain data across core systems.
• Manage data flow across Smartsheet, ERP, and their Snowflake data lake.
• Support an ERP transformation, including testing and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Own data governance, data standards, and data quality frameworks.
• Guide integrations, pipelines, and reporting development in partnership with BI and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across data processes, structure, and architecture.
• Collaborate closely with technology, product, supply chain, operations, finance, and project teams.
• Lead cross‑functional data workstreams tied to major transformation projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Strong commercial experience with product data, stock or inventory data, and supply chain data.
• Experience working in consumer goods, retail, apparel, or similarly product‑driven environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to ERP systems, ideally including transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong capability in data governance, data quality, and data operations.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, pipelines, integrations, and modern BI tools.
• Experience managing and developing small teams.
• Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
