Head of Enterprise Systems & Operations Data A pan-European $200 million PE-backed B2B SaaS firm is looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Systems & Operations Data. The role will own the entire business systems estate within the company. The stack includes Netsuite, HubSpot, Zendesk and Workato. Responsibilities

Own and develop the Enterprise Systems estate and technology stack, ensuring reliability, scalability and strong governance. Drive change and transformation initiatives across data management processes. Co‑design data architecture (Databricks), define sources of truth and data contracts. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on clean interfaces for customer, invoice and subscription data. Support rapid scaling through acquisitions over the next few years. Report to the CTO and maintain close relationships with C‑suite executive teams and the private‑equity investors.
