Our client is a leading Financial Market Infrastructure and Data provider looking for an Enterprise Architecture to join their Engineering Team.

Description
They are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Architecture & Team Lead to drive architecture excellence and lead development for their equity indexes platform. This hybrid role balances high-level enterprise architectural leadership with hands-on team management and delivery ownership across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across index systems and supporting platforms
Lead and mentor a high-performing, full-stack engineering team focused on equity index product delivery
Champion best practices in SDLC, from design to deployment and support
Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across technical and business domains
Promote scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with industry standards

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in team leadership and enterprise architecture, ideally within financial services
Strong technical background with hands-on proficiency in Java, SQL, and full-stack development
Demonstrated track record of owning delivery pipelines and managing robust technology roadmaps
Credibility with stakeholders and leadership, with excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong understanding of financial market data, preferably with exposure to equity indexes
Experience managing engineering teams and driving performance across complex technical environments
