Head of Engineering – Clinical & Digital Wellbeing | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days/week in Manchester HQ) Salary: Up to £150,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a transforming Clinical & Digital Wellbeing company that’s entering a new phase of technical maturity and product expansion. With a growing customer base, and several recent acquisitions, they’re now seeking a Head of Engineering to lead their UK technology hub through the next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape engineering culture, scale teams, and embed modern delivery practices all within an organisation that genuinely puts tech at the heart of its future.
The Opportunity: You’ll be stepping into a business with ambition and momentum, where engineering is seen as a strategic enabler. The leadership team is aligned on building scalable, performant, and secure platforms and they’re ready to invest in the leadership to make that happen.
