We're looking for an experienced Engineering & QA Manager to lead delivery across multiple product squads within a complex, evolving technology environment. This is a strategic leadership role suited to someone who thrives on shaping engineering practices, improving quality standards, and bringing structure to fragmented delivery ecosystems.
The Role As part of a senior delivery leadership team, you will oversee engineering and quality assurance across three squads. You'll be responsible for directing external engineering partners while establishing strong internal standards, ensuring alignment with architecture, and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate external engineering suppliers across a diverse, multi-technology landscape Establish and embed engineering and QA best practices across teams Define and implement a modern CI/CD pipeline, incorporating automated testing Assess and introduce AI-powered development tools to enhance team productivity Collaborate closely with architecture leadership to ensure technical alignment and coherence Bring structure and consistency to tooling and processes in a previously fragmented environmentTeam Environment
