Starting salary subject to college salary assessment process, plus a market forces supplement of up to £4,383 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Bar at salary point 2 & 4. Progression beyond the bar requires an application process against eligibility criteria.Hours: 35 hours per week (includes some teaching hours), 52 weeks a year.
