The business is now investing heavily in its digital and online capabilities and seeking a Head of E-commerce to join their team. The company has a hands-on, collaborative culture, where people work closely together on-site to drive commercial performance and deliver new ideas at pace.Your new roleAs Head of E-commerce, you'll take full ownership of the company's online trading performance, overseeing their online sales channel and shaping its future growth. You'll take the lead on e-commerce and manage the day-to-day duties, manage paid acquisition activity, optimise the website for improved conversion, and ensure the online customer journey continually evolves to support revenue targets.A key part of the role is managing and enhancing the business's Shopify platform, ensuring the website is well-maintained, commercially effective and ready to scale.
