Head of eCommerce

Our client is an established manufacturing client based in Harrogate. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Head of eCommerce to join their senior Commercial leadership team. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to define, build and deliver a complete end-to-end eCommerce strategy from initial vision through to execution, optimisation and scale, across both B2B and B2C channels.

This is a pivotal leadership role, owning the digital commerce landscape and shaping how the business acquires, serves and retains customers in an increasingly digital-first environment.

Head of eCommerce - The Role As Head of eCommerce, you will be accountable for the cradle-to-grave delivery of the organisations eCommerce vision. You will set the strategic direction, lead platform selection and implementation, oversee adoption and optimisation, and ensure digital commerce delivers sustained, profitable growth. As a senior member of the Commercial team, you will work closely with board-level stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to embed digital commerce as a core capability of the business.
