The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of the department, ensure high‑quality teaching and learning, and oversee an exciting programme of productions and extracurricular opportunities. About You We are looking for a candidate who:

Qualified teacher with a degree in Drama or a related subject Has a proven track record of excellent classroom practice Has experience teaching across the full secondary age range Can lead, inspire and develop colleagues Is passionate about student creativity, performance and theatre Supports the Christian ethos and values of the school

Leadership experience and a readiness to take the next step into departmental leadership would be strongly advantageous.
