Head of Digital Marketing Location: Leeds (2 days in office) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 We're partnering with a fast-growing, digitally led business within the sports nutrition space, on the search for a commercially driven Head of Digital Marketing / Growth . This is a high-impact role, responsible for leading performance marketing , driving customer acquisition and retention , and scaling revenue across multiple channels and markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role , enjoys building and mentoring teams , and has a strong track record in paid/performance marketing within an ecommerce environment . The Role You'll own the end-to-end growth strategy, balancing acquisition, retention, and brand investment, while leading a small but high-performing marketing team.
