The Head of Digital Learning & Development will operate at the intersection of learning and digital technologies, delivering innovative solutions that enhance professional excellence and support organizational growth. This role involves working closely with senior firm leaders, including the Global Head of Leadership, Learning & Development, and the Global Managing Partner for Digitalization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of a forward-looking digital learning strategy, including AI integration, aligned with the firm's talent development goals.
- Oversee scalable digital learning frameworks, virtual environments, blended programs, and AI-powered coaching tools.
- Maximize engagement and ROI from the LMS platform and external online learning resources.
- Embed Generative AI and emerging technologies into learning products to personalize pathways and increase efficiency.
- Design and deliver online learning solutions supporting evolving legal and professional career paths.
- Empower the L&D team to incorporate AI and digital tools into their programs.
- Drive analytics and impact measurement to optimize investments.
- Promote a culture of innovation and digital fluency through thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay updated on trends in learning, technology, and AI, sharing insights across the firm.
- Participate in the global senior team and manage the Digital L&D team in line with firm culture.
- Manage the Digital L&D budget and contribute to annual planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within a law or professional services firm.
- Proven success in leading digital L&D strategy and transformation globally.
- Deep digital fluency with knowledge of L&D tools and AI.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and manage cross-functional projects.
- Experience in designing digital learning solutions for various formats.
- Strong analytical skills to measure effectiveness and inform decisions.
- Legal sector familiarity is a plus.
