I’m currently working with a well-established organisation that’s going through a significant digital evolution and is looking to appoint a Head of Infrastructure to help shape and lead the next phase of their technology landscape.
This is a strategic leadership role where you'll oversee the core technology infrastructure (covering a mix of cloud, network, and on-prem environments) ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and built for long-term growth. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in environments with large-scale tech operations and wants to have real impact on future-facing transformation.
Leading supplier engagement, service performance, and contract governance
Overseeing resilience planning, tech upgrades, and platform improvements
Ensuring infrastructure aligns with compliance, risk, and security expectations
A commercial mindset when it comes to cost control, forecasting, and driving value from technology
Bonus if you’ve worked in multi-site or global contexts, but flexibility and problem-solving are key
