Asimo‑leadership position, you will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Manchester region. Your responsibilities will include business development, team management, project deliverySynchrony and transformation of the geospatial landscape while maintaining the company’s high standards of quality. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of topographical/laser scanning surveyors, CAD technicians, utilities/CCTV surveyors and digital experts. Encourage the company’s culture, mission and values across the department. Ensure successful delivery of projects, including scope definition, timelines, client engagement and invoicing. Allocateøres resources efficiently, address issues and optimise the estimating strategy. Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, generating future opportunities. Identify sales opportunities by establishing contacts with potential clients in the target market. Oversee subcontractor projects, approving invoicing and maintaining efficiency. Lead the team by providing guidance, training and development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, continuously exploring new geospatial solutions to improve processes, reduce costs and drive efficiency. Support project planning, ensuring resources are effectively utilised and schedules are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safety‑conscious work environment. Monitor financial performance, manage KPIs and create annual budgets for the department.
Requirements
Ability to work out of the Manchester office. Strong երկրորդ background in surveying or related fields with deep knowledge of digital construction processes and technologies. Degree in surveying (or related field); Master’s degree is beneficial. Health, Safety INTERNET and Environmental Training – SPA, RAMS, lone working, etc. Proven seldominal leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex digital engineering projects. Strong knowledge of geospatial instruments, workflows and systems. Ability to travel nationwide when required.
