Head of Data (12 Month FTC) Charity - ASAP START! We’re looking for a strategic Head of Data to join a major UK charity and lead a talented team through a period of transformation, restructuring, and digital innovation. You’ll shape customer engagement strategies, optimise supporter journeys, and ensure data drives measurable impact across multiple channels, helping the organisation achieve its ambitious goals. Knowledge of data structures, databases, and analytics tools is essential, with experience in email marketing platforms a plus. What we're looking for:
Leadership experience in data, insight, or analytics teams. Proven experience in customer journey and digital engagement. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of data structures, databases, and analytics (experience with email marketing platforms a plus).
