Qualifications and experience
7+ years of proven experience in leading CX transformation projects
Significant industry/domain experience across various sectors
Customer experience design, customer journey mapping
Implementation of Conversational AI in CX workflows
Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions such as NICE, Genesys, AWS
Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels like voice, email, chat, social media, and SMS
Experience leading large technology-driven organizational change initiatives
