Description
Why Join DAZN?
At DAZN, we don't just broadcast sport — we amplify it. We're one of the world's leading sports streaming platforms, and we sit at the heart of two of the most passionate fan communities in global sport — football and boxing.
The Role
As Head of CRM for Global Football & Boxing, you'll be the architect of how we communicate with fans at every stage of their journey at a global scale. From discovery to becoming a passionate subscriber; catching all world title fights, you'll influence the infrastructure, lead strategy and optimise touch points for key DAZN sports.
Football on DAZN combines UEFA Champions League La Lega and Serie A, delivering fans live matches, documentaries, classic games, and original programming from across the football world.
DAZN Boxing is the world's leading boxing streaming destination, home to the biggest fights, the biggest names, and the most passionate fan base in combat sports. From world title fights to emerging talent, DAZN Boxing delivers premium boxing content to fans globally through both subscription and pay‑per‑view.
CRM sits at the heart of making both propositions sticky, personal and commercially successful.
What You'll Be Doing:
Define and own the global CRM strategy across football and boxing, covering the full customer lifecycle - acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.
Build world‑class lifecycle marketing automations for both sports that maximise fan engagement, reduce churn, and grow subscriber and pay‑per‑view lifetime value.
Create integrated CRM calendars, identifying and activating cross‑sport CRM opportunities — using data and behavioural insight to introduce football subscribers to boxing content and vice versa, growing overall engagement and reducing churn across the combined base
Champion a fan‑first philosophy, driving a personalisation roadmap across platform pop‑ups, email, push notification, in‑app messaging, and SMS.
Driving the team’s full utilisation of CRM tools to improve capability and efficiency in delivery
Develop specific PPV‑focused CRM journeys for boxing - including pre‑event hype and awareness, purchase conversion, event‑day experience, and post‑event follow‑up sequences
Ensure CRM communications are localised appropriately for key markets across both sports, working with regional teams and translation partners to maintain relevance and cultural sensitivity
Work with regional marketing leads across DAZN's global offices to ensure CRM programmes are adapted and executed effectively at a local level across both sports and cross‑sold where possible.
What You'll Bring:
A passion for Sport – we're all fans and so are our customers.
Significant CRM leadership experience — ideally at Head of CRM or equivalent senior level — within a fast paced global consumer business
Proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle marketing programmes that demonstrably improve retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value
Experience managing CRM across both subscription and transactional/pay‑per‑view or event‑based commercial models — understanding the distinct dynamics of each and how to optimise CRM for both
Deep expertise across CRM channels — email, push, in‑app, and SMS — including hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong data and analytics capability — comfortable working with large datasets, building segmentation models, and interpreting complex performance data
Experience developing and executing personalisation strategies at scale, including working with data science and engineering teams on predictive modelling
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional stakeholder relationships in a global, matrixed organisation
Experience working in or alongside a subscription‑based, streaming, or content‑led business
Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex CRM strategy and data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
Happy to go “all in” – with football and boxing events at evenings and weekends you’ll need to be flexible with working hours.
Benefits
Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
