My client a d2c business is currently looking to recruit a Global CRM Manager/Head of CRM. The office is based in Central London and is 3 days per week in the office.You will build an industry-leading CRM programme with a brand that puts integrity, honesty and customer satisfaction at the centre of everything, you are the right fit for this role. You will build the Global CRM strategy to acquire, manage, and leverage direct consumer relationships across the entire customer journey, including establishing the most relevant journeys and the optimal interaction strategies at each interaction point. You will set data, segmentation and database strategies and work with the E-Commerce and IT teams to develop the tools to deliver these strategies in all markets. You will be hands on setting up the campaigns aswell as forming the strategy.To be considered you will have previous experience working in CRM (Retail a plus, Salesforce is a big plus). You will have proven success in driving customer acquisition and annual/lifetime valuethrough a CRM strategy that you have implemented.
