You will play a key role in driving performance, leading from the front, and developing both the team and the wider offering in line with the firm's growth plans. What you'll be doing

Leading and managing the conveyancing department, overseeing a team of fee earners and support staff Managing your own caseload of residential property matters where required Driving team performance, productivity and service delivery standardsImplementing and improving processes to maximise efficiency and client experience Supporting business development activity and strengthening referral relationships Working closely with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the department Mentoring, developing and supporting junior members of the team
