Our mission is to unlock the UK's green collar workforce using technology to enable faster, better, and more scalable installs.ONand Good Energy, our tech-enabled installation platform helps deliver and grow heat pump installation capacity at scale.
Were building a national network of best-in-class engineers / installers who take pride in their work and want to lead the clean energy transition. As we scale, were looking for a Head of Network to take the lead.
Youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining top-tier heat pump installer teams across the UK, building a high-performing, mission-aligned network.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on growth, quality and community. Youll define and lead the strategy to scale our installer network while upholding the standards and values that define Installio.
Youll collaborate closely with operations, product, and marketing to shape the full installer journey from first contact to long-term partnership.
Own the installer acquisition strategy from sourcing and outreach to qualification and onboarding
Build systems and tools to support scalable, high-quality network growth
Define and drive retention and engagement programmes including incentives, training and recognition
Foster a national community of excellence supporting installer success and continuous improvement
Experience in network or workforce growth roles, ideally in trades, marketplaces or field service operations
A track record of hiring, onboarding, or managing distributed contractor or workforce networks
Passion for supporting talent, raising standards, and building community
Competitive salary 45-55k and meaningful equity
