The newly created Head of Operations (Commercial) role will work across teams to refine and build processes while developing internal and external relationships to support the business objectives.It will initially be a hands-on position, however we expect the role to evolve as we scale.The individual will ideally hold experience in iGaming B2B environments or come from a strong operational background, and hold the ability to optimise systems, processes, and teams to support global business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational StrategySupport defining and the execution of the commercial operational strategy in line with the company goals.Lead and manage commercial operation functions including Studio Partners, aggregation, roadmap planning and integration support.Develop market knowledge to support growth in multiple regulated and emerging markets.Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure customer success.Develop deep understanding of internal operating platform to ensure operational efficiencyPartner OperationsWork closely with internal teams to oversee onboarding of new partners and platform features.Work with aggregators to ensure defined processes are in place and followed ensuring accuracy of release dates are maintained globally.Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners - providing operational support and strategic input when required.Introduce and monitor key operational KPIs for customer satisfaction.Process Optimisation & EfficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements across commercial team workflows to enhance scalability, automation, and service quality.Work with technical and product teams to optimise platform stability, deployment, and monitoring processes.Drive operational excellence through data-driven performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Compliance, Risk & Regulatory OperationsWork with the Compliance team to ensure operational aspects of compliance are adhered to across multiple jurisdictions.Ensure internal operations align with regulatory, security, and responsible gaming standards.Cross-Department CollaborationAct as the operational liaison between commercial, technical, and compliance departments.Support the Sales and Account Management teams with operational input during partner pitches and renewals.Contribute to product roadmap discussions by sharing operational insights and partners feedback.RequirementsEducation & ExperiencePreferred Bachelor degree educated, however not essential2+ years in operations management, with at least 3–5 years in B2B iGaming, SaaS, or technology platform operations.Proven experience working with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of iGaming products (PAM, games aggregation, APIs, integrations).Confident with data / excel (i.e. assisting with communications lists / incidents with payouts etc)What you'll receiveCompetitive salary30 days holiday (plus BH)PensionHealthcareEAP
