A PE backed distribution group is seeking a commercially driven Head of Commercial Finance to support its next phase of growth.Operating a substantial multi-site network across the UK, the business combines a strong heritage with an ambitious value creation plan. Backed by experienced financial sponsors, the group is focused on EBITDA expansion, working capital optimisation and scalable reporting in preparation for a future strategic milestone.This is a key leadership role within finance, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO and investor board.The RoleYou will lead the commercial finance agenda across the group, providing robust insight, challenge and financial clarity to operational and commercial stakeholders.Key areas of focus include:Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planningDelivering clear, data-led performance insight to the executive team and investorsDriving gross margin improvement through pricing, mix and rebate analysisEmbedding consistent KPIs across a multi-branch environmentStrengthening working capital controls and cash visibilitySupporting acquisition analysis, integration tracking and synergy deliveryEnhancing reporting processes and management information to support scaleLeading and developing a small commercial finance team #J-18808-Ljbffr
