Excite OOH is a leading out-of-home advertising specialist, recently named one of the UK’s Top
50 Integrated Agencies. We work across all major sectors – from travel and beauty to tech and
League Baseball, Monday Haircare, Fitness First, and Lyle & Scott.
We’re looking for someone with ideas, energy and ambition to join our leadership team –

This hybrid role spans new business, client services leadership and campaign delivery – ideal
for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
You'll work closely with the MD and leadership team to grow the business, lead the client
services team, and deliver excellent work that wins hearts and headlines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading outbound sales and building a pipeline of new client opportunities
- Owning key client relationships and becoming a trusted strategic partner
- Managing and mentoring our client services team (currently 3 account managers)
- Overseeing live campaigns – managing timelines, creative approvals, and coordination across planning and ops
- Finding smart, creative ways to get Excite in front of the right clients – through outreach, partnerships, events or fresh thinking
- Working closely with the MD on commercial strategy and agency growth
- Collaborating with our Ops Manager and Media Planner to ensure work runs smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a client-facing agency role (media, creative, or marketing services)
- Strong across both sales and delivery – you can land new business and ensure it runs smoothly
- Confident communicator and relationship builder – someone clients trust
- Organised, calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple projects
- Experience managing or coaching junior team members
- Someone who brings energy, initiative and professionalism to their work
- Comfortable being out in the world - meeting clients, attending events, and building relationships in person, not just over email
- A self-starter who thrives on momentum and doesn’t wait to be told
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful – able to solve problems and drive things forward independently
- Brings energy, motivation and high standards – someone who lifts the team around them

Most client meetings are UK-based - occasional travel to London, or regional hubs is expected –
