This is a brand new senior management role at the heart of our delivery function, bringing drive, passion and a commitment to delivering high-quality live experiences across a busy programme of events.If you’re seeking a permanent, senior role, enjoy working in fast-paced agency environments and live within an hour’s commute of Bordon, Hampshire, we'd love to hear from you.About youYou’ll come from a live events or experiential agency background, with proven experience delivering complex, in-person, brand activations, large-scale conferences, exhibitions or multi-event programmes.You’ll be a confident leader, experienced in managing and developing a team of Project Managers and Co-ordinators to deliver events on time, on budget and to the highest standards.About the roleAs Senior Account Director / Head of Client Projects, you’ll lead our Client Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of a busy events programme, while also retaining hands-on responsibility for key client projects.Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal teams collaborate effectively to deliver the exceptional events MSL Global is known for.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop the Client Project team, setting clear standards, expectations and ways of workingTake overall accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of client programmes and eventsAct as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges or client issuesEnsure project governance, risk management, approvals and client sign-off are consistently appliedOversee project budgets, forecasting and reconciliation, ensuring financial control and efficiencyTrack and report on project KPIs, timelines, budgets and resource utilisationDrive continuous improvement through structured debriefs and delivery reviewsKey experienceSenior-level project management experience within an agency, events or client services environmentStrong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teamsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior clients and internal teamsDemonstrable ownership of budgets, forecasting and commercial deliveryStrong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management and issue resolutionConfidence using project management tools and Microsoft OfficeExperience in experiential marketing, live events, exhibitions or large-scale, live (in-person) conferencesExperience working closely with operations, logistics or production teamsExposure to automotive or complex, multi-market client programmesThis an office-based role, with the ability to commute to Alton / Bordon, Hampshire requiredFull driving licence requiredFlexibility to support live events, including occasional evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
