We are looking for a Head of Client Management to take ownership of key client relationships across Trinity Estates and the wider group, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and long-term retention of major accounts.

This is a strategic, group-level role focused on strengthening relationships with national property developers and institutional landlords across a complex residential leasehold portfolio.
You will act as the senior relationship lead for priority clients, bringing structure, visibility and accountability to how we manage and develop key accounts.
This is not a pure new business role. It is about protecting and growing existing relationships, identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion and ensuring clients see us as a trusted, long-term partner.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role requires strong commercial awareness, deep sector knowledge and the ability to operate credibly at senior level.
You will be expected to take a proactive approach to client management, identifying risks early, improving service performance and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple brands within the group.
You will work closely with operational, finance, compliance and regional teams, holding stakeholders accountable for service delivery while maintaining strong, professional client relationships.
You will bring structure to how key accounts are managed, introducing clear account plans, reporting standards and regular strategic engagement.

How You’ll Spend Most Of Your Time
Most weeks, you’ll be:
Acting as the senior relationship lead for key national clients
Leading strategic review meetings with developers and institutional landlords
Developing and implementing structured account plans
Analysing performance data, service delivery and client feedback
Working with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve performance
Holding stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and outcomes
Supporting tender activity and growth opportunities alongside the New Business team
Preparing and presenting high-quality client reports and insights
Providing clear advice on regulatory and legislative changes impacting clients
Who This Role Is For
This role suits someone who:
Has significant experience within UK residential leasehold property management
Is confident managing senior client relationships at developer and institutional level
Understands leasehold legislation, compliance and sector change
Can operate strategically while remaining close to detail
Is commercially aware and focused on retention and long-term value
Communicates clearly, confidently and professionally at senior level
Experience That Helps
Experience managing national or institutional client relationships
Strong understanding of leasehold reform, building safety and regulatory change
Ability to interpret financial and operational performance data
Experience working across multi-site or multi-brand environments
Professional qualification such as IRPM / TPI (desirable)
