Location: Liverpool - hybrid Organization: 4M Recruitment Ltd Posting date: 2026-05-02T13:38:26 Contract type: CONTRACTOR Employment type: FULL_TIME Rate: £800 per day inside IR35 Summary: We're seeking an experienced interim to lead a c.£80m education capital programme, covering school expansions (mainstream & SEND), PFI, and BSF contracts. You'll drive delivery at pace, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and embed sustainability and net zero principles across the schools estate. Key experience needed
Built environment degree + professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM) Strong background in education/public sector capital projects PFI/BSF contract management expertise Leadership of large teams and budgets Procurement, JCT/NEC contracts, and full project lifecycle delivery
