Head of Buying | Premium | Homewear | Circa £80,000 | Remote (UK Based) | 6 - 9 Month FTC \n\nThis is a UK-based remote role. While the position offers full-time home working, applicants must be permanently based in the UK and have the right to work here. Build ranges that make sense holistically - products that "talk" to each other and resonate with the customer.\n\nTrade Reactively & Proactively: Keep your finger on the pulse of market shifts and emerging trends, responding quickly to opportunities that drive commercial success.\n\nFinancial Ownership: Take charge of margins, stock flow, sales targets, and market data, using strong commercial judgement to optimise profitability and deliver key business metrics.\n\nPerformance Management: Analyse and manage product performance deeply, leading decisions around promotions, markdowns, and stock movements to maximise profit and reduce risk.\n\nPeople Leadership: Lead, inspire, and elevate a diverse buying team, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and high performance.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, planning, QA and marketing to ensure every product launches seamlessly across all channels, including a well - performing showroom.
