Head of Business – Accident Repair Centre Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Our Accident Repair Centre plays a critical role in our business, known for its technical expertise, outstanding quality standards and strong relationships with customers, insurers and manufacturer partners. With continued investment across our JCT600 group and internal progressions creating exciting opportunities, we are now seeking a talented and ambitious Head of Business to lead our Accident Repair operations into their next phase of growth. This is a significant leadership opportunity, ideal for an experienced operational leader ready to take the next step in their career – someone capable of shaping strategy, driving performance and inspiring multi‑disciplined teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The Role As Head of Business – Accident Repair, you will lead with a hands‑on yet strategic approach – fully engaged in daily operational performance while setting the long‑term vision for quality, efficiency, customer experience and commercial success. You will work closely with central support teams, fellow Heads of Business and the wider JCT600 network to create alignment, share best practice and consistently deliver exceptional financial, operational and customer outcomes. You will champion technical excellence, safety and compliance—including BS10125 standards and EV/hybrid repair requirements—while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across workflow, estimating, WIP control, communication and colleague development. About You We’re looking for an exceptional leader with the potential to grow, develop and make a real impact within our Accident Repair network. You will bring:
Proven experience leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused operational environment. A track record of delivering results across performance, quality, workflow, customer experience and financial measures. Strong commercial and strategic awareness, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to long‑term planning. A visible, people‑first leadership style that inspires trust, engagement and high performance. A collaborative, professional and resilient approach, with excellent attention to detail, a safety‑first mindset and commitment to compliance.
