You’ll play a central role in making data intuitive and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Deliverables:* **Lead and Develop Analytics Engineering Teams**: Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Support the career growth and development of team members, ensuring alignment with individual and business goals.* **Deliver Scalable and Reliable Solutions**: Ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable data products that meet business and customer needs, on time and within scope.
