Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues. Professional use of OpenTable is essential As a Head Hostess we would love you to have Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment, ideally in a front-of-house leadership or hosting role. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding customer service. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable manner.
