As a Head Concierge you will: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction Lead and oversee the Concierge, Door and Bell team on a day-to-day basis Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience to name a few!
