We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new Italian restaurant opening in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves authentic Italian cooking and wants to be involved from the very beginning — shaping menus, building a brigade, and creating a kitchen culture from day one. The concept focuses on high-quality ingredients, fresh pasta, artisanal pizza, and relaxed yet refined dining.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Essential experience in Italian restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of fresh pasta production and pizza operations
  • Confident with menu creation, costing, and kitchen structure
  • Experience opening or launching kitchens is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Passion for authentic Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients
  • Positive, team-focused personality with strong organisational skills
